Ghostpunch Games is looking for an energetic and highly motivated individual to join our Business Development Team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships and expanding business revenue within the AAA video games industry.


Responsibilities


  • Identify, track, and manage potential clients and partnerships to grow business

  • Develop and maintain client relationships and client database

  • Build and maintain a robust presence on LinkedIn and similar game industry related platforms

  • Represent Ghostpunch Games at key industry events around the world

  • Give presentations to prospective clients when required

  • Create and implement processes to support both current and new business

  • Gather useful information from customers and competitors

  • Conduct ongoing market research

Qualifications

  • 3 - 4 years' similar industry-related business development experience

  • Ability to work with direct and external partners

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies

  • Focused and goal-oriented

  • Able and willing to travel for work

  • Passion for making and playing games

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
